Navigator News – Have Your Say – The Navigator Client Survey

Last year, Navigator was eight years old. We are very proud of the organisation but we wish to build upon this success by asking you what we could do even better. We already take on board any feedback we are given throughout the year and will continue to do so but we also wish to take a more structured approach on at least an annual basis.

Therefore, over the next few days we will be e-mailing you to ask you to take part in an on-line survey which will focus on our key service areas and ask for your thoughts. If you have the time to complete this, it will be very valuable for us. We genuinely want to know about what we do that you value and about the areas in which you think we can improve.

We very much hope you can help to direct our efforts in delivering the very best services possible and we will be in touch again shortly with the survey link. Incidentally, and by way of incentive, we will be entering those that take part into a free draw. The winner of the draw will win an i-Pad Mini and we look forward to sharing that good news with someone soon.
