- Legal Implications of Implementing Cost Saving Initiatives
As part of our ongoing commitment to the Independent Schools sector in Scotland, we are delivering a Conference dealing with the potential fallout of the combined financial pressures associated with the business rates changes, increases in employer pension contributions and the recent teachers’ pay settlement.
We are delivering this future-proofing event to assist schools with imminent important decisions. We will also concentrate on how a school might manage change effectively.
This conference will be of particular interest to those responsible for the finances of independent schools and the potential repercussions of changes to staff terms and conditions. Therefore, we expect that Bursars, Heads, HR Managers and Governors will all be represented.
The event will be chaired by John Edward, Director, The Scottish Council of Independent Schools.
