Ruth Gladwell, an ILM accredited Professional Workplace Mediator will give outline how HR can identify what types of conflict are suitable for mediation, how to prepare and conduct mediation. Ruth will be joined by Norman Howie, Employee Relations expert who will give you some examples of conflict he has been managing recently, how to anticipate where conflict may arise which is particularly apt as we all navigate our way around Agile and Smart working ideas and finally, we’ll give you our suggestions on how to efficiently manage grievances in the formal setting.
