Masterclass – Right to Work Compliance – 10 June 2021

All UK employers have a duty to prevent illegal working and to check the right to work of employees. The consequences of non-compliance results in fines, potentially a criminal charge and irreversible reputational damage.

Whilst there have been changes in place since Brexit and the Pandemic, the Home Office has announced the adjusted checks will now end on 20 June 2021 and from 1 July 2021 checks on EEA nationals will be changing and employers must be prepared.
