I am delighted to announce that as part of our continued growth at Navigator, the newest member of our legal advisory team is Frances Smith. Frances is well known to the team here having worked with Alan and me 10 years ago at Maclay, Murray & Spens (MMS). After qualifying as a solicitor in 1999 with A & WM Urquhart, Frances initially joined the Litigation team at MMS before transferring to the newly formed Employment Pensions & Benefits division. Frances then joined the Group legal team at HBoS and subsequently became part of the Lloyds Banking Group HR Legal Team and it is from Lloyds Banking Group that Frances joins Navigator. Attracting someone of Frances’ experience and calibre is another example of Navigator continuing to invest in people of considerable quality. A very warm welcome to Frances from all within Navigator.
