We are excited to announce the arrival of Scott McCrory-Irving as our new HR Consultant. Scott has recently graduated with a first class honours degree in Sociology and Psychology from the University of Edinburgh, and will provide valuable assistance to our current Head of Projects, Stephanie.
Scott takes a keen interest in qualitative research, often using technological methods to present information in various different ways. Furthermore, experience in the high end cabinet-making industry has lent a healthy level of perfectionism to his work. Partner this with excellent customer service skills acquired from five years in the retail industry, and Scott is an excellent fit for our HR projects.
At Navigator, we are currently experiencing huge uptake in demand for our bespoke HR services. Scott will take up an assistant role, working closely with Stephanie to ensure that Navigator continues to provide excellent tailored and pragmatic solutions for clients.
