We will also consider the requirement for Equality Schemes and the main elements these should contain and the methods available to manage any equality issues appropriately within the workplace.
Bullying and harassment
We will review the key requirements of bullying and harassment procedures and enable your managers to carry out informal or formal investigations and hearings competently and effectively. We will also provide your managers the opportunity to hone their skills by working through real world situations with them.
We will provide your managers with a practical understanding of redundancy legislation and give them the tools to carry out any necessary reductions in employee numbers sensitively and effectively.

Change can be unsettling for employees and employers alike. We will alert your Managers to the legislative pitfalls attendant with any change programme and we will enable them to implement change and restructure effectively and sensitively.
