If you are a public body, the Data Protection Act 2018 legislates that you must have a recognised Data Protection Officer (DPO). Alternatively, you may not be a public body, but feel it is good practice to have a DPO in order to keep on top of GDPR compliance.

In either of these situations, you may wish to relieve the stress of data protection compliance by outsourcing DPO services to us. For a monthly fee, you will be assigned one of our EU GDPR qualified practitioners as your DPO. This individual will be available to provide any data protection advice, and will also take a lead role in handling any data breaches which arise.
