We’ve got a brilliant line up of speakers for the day, each with a different perspective on this hot – but very important – topic. Details on tickets costs and bookings can be found at the bottom of this page – See you there!

Thursday 21st November 2019, Edinburgh

The Scotsman Hotel

Absence is a thorn in the side of almost every employer, with days off leading to financial and other more intangible losses. We are also witnessing a rise in ‘presenteeism’ – employees coming to work when they probably shouldn’t – which again leads to issues with productivity. Therefore, it is more vital than ever for employers not only to recognise the importance of health and wellbeing in the workplace, but to actively promote it. Healthy employees tend to be happy employees, who engage and contribute more and are less likely to leave the organisation. Protecting their physical and mental wellbeing will have a direct impact on the health of your organisation as a whole.

Content

This conference covers the topic of ensuring that your organisation is proactive with health and wellbeing initiatives. There will be a number of speakers throughout the course of the day, whose presentations include: financial wellbeing; preventative awareness techniques to keep people in work; biophilia (how plants and nature can increase positive wellbeing); and more. We are delighted to announce our confirmed speakers below:
